NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2019 and entered in 17-005419-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC. F/K/A PINELLAS HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC. is the Plaintiff and Robeen Burch a/k/a Robeen Burch Robinson, deceased; Kenneth Robinson, as the spouse of Robeen Burch a/k/a Robeen Burch Robinson; Leroy Burch, Jr., as the descendent of Robeen Burch a/k/a Robeen Burch Robinson; Miakaylar Dixon, as descendant of Robeen Burch a/k/a Robeen Burch Robinson; Mahlik Isiah Robinson as descendant of Robeen Burch a/k/a Robeen Burch Robinson; and the City of St. Petersburg are Defendant(s). Ken Burke as Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclosure.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 8th, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
