NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 26, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 19-002105-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-17, Plaintiff and ADAN PINTOR; SHEILA R. PINTOR; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-SPS2; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND COMPTROLLER, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on November 14, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
