NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 26, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 17-001831-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF MFRA TRUST 2015-1, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTERST IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD D. WEIR A/K/ RICHARD DALE WEIR; PINE RIDGE AT PALM HARBOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THOMAS WEIR, are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on November 14, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
UNIT D-1, BUILDING 512, OF PINE RIDGE AT PALM HARBOR II, PHASE XII, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 1 THROUGH 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5580, PAGES 676 THROUGH 741, AMENDED IN O.R BOOK 5631, PAGES 1835 THROUGH 1851, O.R BOOK 5637, PAGES 1632 THROUGH 1643, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
