NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 03, 2019, and entered in 19-001080-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF NRZ PASS-THROUGH TRUST VI is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHERYL ANN SEEFONG A/K/A CHERYL A. SEEFONG, DECEASED; CASEY C. CRAWFORD; SPRINGCASTLE CREDIT FUNDING TRUST, THROUGH ITS TRUSTEE WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s).
