NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 10, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-012581-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT is Plaintiff and REYNEIRO ALMONTE, THAMARA ALMONTE, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of December, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 7803, Building 1, of THE SANCTUARY AT BAY HILL CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 8396, Page 89, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
