YOU ARE HEREBY NOTICED of the following Order Scheduling Proof Hearing:
THIS MATTER having been brought before the Court by the law office of Byrnes, O'Hern & Heugle, LLC, attorneys for plaintiff, Shelby Resorts Corp., seeking the entry of an Order scheduling a Proof Hearing against defendants, Bella Resorts, Inc., Carrie Spitalieri, and Dante Spitalieri, and the Court having considered the moving papers and any opposition submitted thereto; and good cause appearing;
IT IS on this 26th day of SEPTEMBER, 2019, ORDERED that a Proof Hearing is hereby scheduled for November 15, 2019 at 1:30 p.m.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of the within Order shall be served upon all parties of record within seven (7) days of entry.
