NOTICE IS HEREBY given as required by a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 25, 2019 and entered in Case No. 19000463CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, where THOMAS W. DOUGHERTY, as Trustee of the Thomas W. Dougherty Revocable Trust, and PAMELA DROLSBAUGH, an individual, are the Plaintiffs and IVY ESCHERT, a/k/a IVY MENDINE an individual, and RAYMOND GESWALDO, a/k/a RAYMOND GESUALDO, an individual; and any other unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouse claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants, are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 14th day of November, 2019, the following described property in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
Lot 22, South Punta Gorda Heights Acreage Estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 61,in the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, Less and Except that portion being described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 22; thence S 48 degrees 08' E, along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 22; a distance of 444.15 feet, to the most Southerly corner of said Lot 22; thence N 40 degrees 12' E along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 22, a distance of 100.04 feet; thence N 48 degrees 08' W, along a line parallel with and100 feet Northeasterly of as measured at right angles to, the Southwesterly line of said Lot 22, a distance of 344.28 feet, to the North line of said Lot 22; thence S 85 degrees 59' 50” W, along said North line, a distance of 139.32 feet to the Point of Beginning.
