NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 8th day of August 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-000246, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWMBS 2007-4, CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2007-4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4, is the Plaintiff and DEBRA S. BURGER; MATTHEW W. MCKINNON; HCA HEALTH SERVICES OF FLORIDA, INC. D/B/A BLAKE MEDICAL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Angelina Colonneso Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 10th day of December 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF TRACT “A', TERRI-ME TERRACE, SECTION TWO, LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET BORDERING ON LOT 16, BEING IN SW ¼ OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 100 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
