LOT 7, BLOCK G, BALLENTINE MANOR ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 136, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
