NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-000887 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Specialized Loan Servicing, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Rhonda Dorothy Still a/k/a Rhonda D. Still, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 5, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN AT A POINT 233 FEET WEST OF THE N.E. CORNER OF LOT 9, BLOCK 2, ELWOOD PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LAND LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, GO WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERN EDGE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY FOR NASHVILLE ROAD FOR A DISTANCE OF 85 FEET, THENCE GO SOUTH 360 FEET, THENCE GO EAST 85 FEET, THENCE GO NORTH 360 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
