NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2019, and Order entered October 11, 2019 in Case No. 41 2017CA004571AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for MANATEE County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES DEVISEES GRANTEES CREDITORS AND OTHER PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GAIL A. GARDNER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GAIL A. GARDNER, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, CITIMORTGAGE, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on November 15, 2019, beginning at 11:00 A.M., at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in MANATEE County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK A, ALFORD HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
