NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 13th day of August 2019, and entered in Case No.: 2012CA004083CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC, is the Plaintiff and RAMON SANTIAGO JR; MARIA SANTIAGO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC, AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICOR LENDING GROUP, INC.; SUNCOAST MEADOWS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are defendants.
