NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 1st day of October, 2019, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 2018-CA-001395-WS, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on November 7, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 5, FOXWOOD SUBDIVISION, PHASE “3”, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 113 THROUGH 116 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
