NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Lot 197, RUXTON VILLAGE UNIT 21, TALL PINES AT RIVER RIDGE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 31, Pages 74-75, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on December 3, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
