NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018CA002953CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee For Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series INABS 2007-A, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates Series INABS 2007-A is the Plaintiff and Robert Schuchman; Unknown Spouse of Robert Schuchman; Pasco County, Florida are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 31st day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1177, THE LAKES, UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 1 AND 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
