NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018 CA 001531 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein James B. Nutter & Company is the Plaintiff and Ricardo L. Razquin; Unknown Spouse of Ricardo L. Razquin; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development ; Strathmore Riverside Villas Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 31st day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT V-207, STRATHMORE RIVERSIDE VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, SECTION TWO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 897, PAGES 671 THRU 683, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGES 47, 47A, 47B AND 47C, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
