NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 03, 2019, and entered in 2011 CA 003449 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF11 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROBERT E. SUBLETT A/K/A ROBERT EARL SUBLETT, SR., DECEASED ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; ROBERT E. SUBLETT, JR., ; VICTORIA SUBLETT; HARPER SUBLETT; TAYLOR SUBLETT; RICHARD FRARY, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE ROBERT SUBLETT REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MAY 17, 2017; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ROBERT SUBLETT REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MAY 17, 2017 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 07, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
