NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 2, 2019 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-003636, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, GREENLEAF II REO 1, LLC is the Plaintiff, and LISA M. JAMIESON; JOSEPH D. JAMIESON JR. A/K/A JOSEPH D. JAMIESON; THOMAS CAPITAL GROUP, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; FLORIDA HOME-IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATES, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on November 6, 2019 at 09:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 35 AND 36, BLOCK 3955, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 54, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 79 THROUGH 91, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
