Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 15 day of October, 2019, and entered in case No. 19-CC-3031 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein TROPIC TERRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, UNIT 1300, INC., is the Plaintiff and, DAVID H. LAWSON, INDIVIDUALLY, DAVID H. LAWSON, LIFE TENANT, JAN P. MYSKOWSKI AND SANDRA MYSKOWSKI CAMPO, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of November, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
APARTMENT NO 1312, TROPIC TERRACE CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1300, a condominium according to the Condominium Declaration thereon file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida in Official Records Book 354, Page 727, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
