NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 24, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-010661 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein PINGORA LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and BRUCE CHANGA A/K/A BRUCE SIMBARASHE CHANGA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 4, PARK CREEK PHASE 1A, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 121, Pages 244 through 249, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
