NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 1, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-002513 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff and BELARMINIO EUSEBIO; MANHATTAN PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BELARMINIO EUSEBIO N/K/A RAQUEL ESTHER RAMIREZ BALBUENA; CLERK OF COURT FOR THE 13TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; RAQUEL ESTHER RAMIREZ BALBUENA; GLOBAL SINKHOLE SOLUTIONS, INC., are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on December 2, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
