NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2019, and entered in 17-CA-003303 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and GERTRUDE SARA SHAW A/K/A GERTRUDE S. SHAW; VANESSA SHAW; KATIE LEANN NELSON-SHAW A/K/A KATIE LEE ANN NELSON-SHAW A/K/A KATIE LEE ANN NELSON; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; ATHENA FUNDING GROUP, INC D/B/A THE ATHENA FUNDING GROUP; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS AND LIENORS OF HAROLD E. SHAW, JR.,; UNKNOWM PARTIES IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A PAT DEVLIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VANESSA SHAW; KATHALYNN SHAW PICKRELL are the Defendant(s).
