Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Consent Judgment for Plaintiff, entered in the above-styled cause on July 17, 2019, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Hillsborough County, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Description of Mortgaged Property
Lots 21 and 22, Block 12, FAIRMONT PARK, according to the map or plat thereof, as the same is recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 40, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
The street address of which is 1608 SE 2nd Street, Ruskin, Florida 33570,
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on November 18, 2019 , at 10:00 a.m. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
