NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 08, 2019, and entered in 19-CA-000683 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R8 is the Plaintiff and EDWARD W. FIELDS A/K/A EDWARD WILLIAM FIELDS; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 13, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
