NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-008082 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Pingora Loan Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Roody Desrosiers, deceased, Aqua Finance, Inc., Brian Desrosiers, a minor child in the care of her natural guardian, Sheila Edmond, Jennifer Desrosiers a/k/a Jennifer Desrosiers, a minor child in the care of her natural guardian, Sheila Edmond, Kayla M. Desrosiers, a minor child in the care of her natural guardian, Sheila Edmond, MJ Santa Barbara Desrosiers, Sheila Edmond, The Summit at Fern Hill Community Association, Inc., Wilguens Desrosiers as Personal Representative of the Estate of Roody Desrosiers, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the November 18, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
