NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2019 entered in Case No. 18-000747-CI-11, Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES AMQ 2006-HE7 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES AMQ 2006-HE7, the Plaintiff, and FOX LAKE TOWNHOME ASSOCIATION, INC.; PAMELA GENE EDEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAMELA GENE EDEL; FOX CHASE WEST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. a/k/a FOX CHASE WEST POA, INC. are the Defendants; Ken Burke, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on November 6, 2019, the following described real property, situate and being in Pasco County, Florida to-wit:
Lot 6, Block H, of FOX LAKE TOWNHOMES - PHASE A, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 107, Pages 56 through 58 in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
