That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 105, Building Azalea, Phase I, THE SANDALWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Condominium Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 36 through 48, as thereafter amended, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4858, Page 80, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
