NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-007825-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and MARVA D. MCALPINE A/K/A MARVA DIANA MCALPINE A/K/A MARVA MCALPINE A/K/A MARVA DIANNA MCALPINE INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE MARVA DIANA MCALPINE DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED JANUARY 21, 2002; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE MARVA MCALPINE A/K/A MARVA DIANA MCALPINE A/K/A MARVA D. KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of February, 2020, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 10, BLOCK 1 OF LAKEWOOD COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 63, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
