NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2019, entered in Case No. 522018CA007806XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and Patrick L. Agdamag a/k/a Patrick Lee Agdamag a/k/a P L Agdamag a/k/a Patrick Agdamag a/k/a Patrick Agdanag a/k/a Pat C. Agdamag a/k/a Rick C. Agdamag; Miriam R. Agdamag a/k/a Miriam Rios Agdamag; Park, Ossian, Barnaky & Park, P.A.; Mark A. Ossian; Whitcomb Point Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10 AND 10A, WHITCOMB POINT, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 123, PAGE 29 AND 30, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
