NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-003148-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee for BNC Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and Dennis James Karcher a/k/a Dennis J. Karcher a/k/a Dennis Karcher; Unknown Spouse of Dennis James Karcher a/k/a Dennis J. Karcher a/k/a Dennis Karcher; CitiBank, N.A. successor by merger to CitiBank (South Dakota), National Association f/k/a CitiBank (South Dakota), N.A. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, HILL-TOP SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
