NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-000611-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and SNTR LLC, As Trustee Under The 2050 75th Land Trust Dated This 27 Day Of January 2017; Springcastle Credit Funding Trust, Through Its Trustee Wilmington Trust National Association; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 5th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
