NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2019, entered in Case No. 482018CA005528A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and Hayriye Tugce Atak-Roso a/k/a Hayrive T. Atak-Roso; Unknown Spouse of Hayriye Tugce Atak-Roso a/k/a Hayrive T. Atak-Roso; University Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc. a/k/a University Oaks Homeowners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 12th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, UNIVERSITY OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 70 THROUGH 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
