NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 29, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-005018-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PINGORA LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and SEAN DEL CASTILLO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 239, SIGNATURE LAKES-PARCEL IB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES 51 THROUGH 57, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
