NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 18, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-013771- of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT is Plaintiff and PATRICIA FRENCH A/K/A PATRICIA A. FRENCH, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19TH day of November, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 4913, THE ORLANDO ACADEMY CAY CLUB I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8919, PAGES 2522 THROUGH 2779, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
