Unit #220 of TERRA SIESTA MOBILE HOME PARK, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1352, Pages 1059 through 1089, inclusive, as amended in Official Records Book 1363, Pages 601 through 608, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH 1982 West Mobile Home VIN FS56S2FB2340GA, Title No. 0022526336.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Mary R. Hawk, Esq., Attorney for Plaintiff, Porges, Hamlin, Knowles & Hawk, P.A., 1205 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205 (941) 748-3770, within thirty (30) days from first date of publication of this notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
