NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 6, 2019 in Civil Case No. 41-2017-CA-002451 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JOSEPH L. WOOD, MARY L. PUFFENBURGER, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, ANGELINA M. COLONNESO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of November, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 35.1 FEET OF LOT 29, ALL OF LOT 30, AND THE EAST 35.1 FEET OF LOT 31, AVONDALE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
