Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an action for non judicial foreclosure of timeshare units/weeks on the Claim of Lien filed and recorded for GULF STREAM BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. dated July 29, 2019 and recorded September 3, 2019 in O.R. Book 2800, Pages 352, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and listed on attached Exhibit “A” will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds on the day of the sale at the office of DEEB LAW GROUP, P.A., 6677 13th Avenue North, Suite 3A, St. Petersburg, FL 33710 on the 21st day of November, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. The following described real property located in MANATEE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA to wit:
Unit Numbers and Week Numbers (as described on attached Exhibit “A”) of Gulf Stream Beach Resort, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1447, Page 1879, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and all amendments thereof, which condominium is also described at Condominium Plat Book 28, Pages 39-41, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
The assessment lien created by the Claim of Lien was properly created and authorized, pursuant to the timeshare instrument and applicable law, and the amounts secured by said lien is as set forth on attached Exhibit “A” along with the per diem interest. You may cure the default at any time prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Sale by paying the amount due to the undersigned Trustee at the address set forth below.
