NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 11-2019-CA-000422-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, CITIMORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff, and NATHAN HERSCH; TERRACE VI AT CEDAR HAMMOCK ASSOCIATION, INC.; CEDAR HAMMOCK GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 3rd Floor Lobby of The Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on November 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2931, BUILDING 29, TERRACE VI AT CEDAR HAMMOCK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3449, PAGE 2459, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
