NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-001971-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MINNIS BISHOP, JR. DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 14 day of November, 2019, the following described property:
LOT 5, BLOCK 32, NEWMARKET SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 104 AND 105, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
