NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2019 and entered in Case No. 512018CA002568CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which MARIE INGLESE, TRUSTEE UNDER THEIR AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 15, 2001, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF JEAN WUEST- PONTERIO A/K/A JEAN M. WUEST PONTERIO A/K/A JEAN MARIE WUEST PONTERIO, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF THE ESTATE OF JEAN WUEST-PONTERIO A/K/A JEAN M. WUEST PONTERIO A/K/A JEAN MARIE WUEST PONTERIO, DECEASED; PAUL CHRISTOPHER PONTERIO; JENNIFER MARIE PONTERIO; NANCY WUEST; MINDY SUSAN WUEST are defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pasco. realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 14th day of November 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
