NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, Case No. 2018-CA-003262-ES, in which Goshen Mortgage LLC, as separate trustee for GDBT 1 Trust 2011-1, is Plaintiff, and Shesta S. Kirkland, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Beneficiaries of Robert Humphries, Jr., Peggy Sue Allen, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert Humphries, Jr.; together with any, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, or trustees of said defendant(s), and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against defendants; Any Unknown Tenant in Possession, (collectively, “Defendants”), the undersigned Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida:
Lot 12, Block 17, Fox Ridge Phase II, Unit Three, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 42-45, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
The improvements thereon being commonly known as 31405 Hunt Club Lane, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543,
a/k/a 31405 Hunt Club Lane, Zephyrhills, FL 33543.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am on the 18th day of November 2019, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
