MORALES; CLAUDIA Y. MORALES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROMAN J. MORALES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLAUDIA Y. MORALES; SEVEN OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Paula S.
