Albert a/k/a Robert Albert are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 13, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
