NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 03, 2019, and entered in 2019 CA 000031 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and JANE BEHRENS, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JANE W. ANDERSON REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MAY 23, 2000; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; JACARANDA COUNTRY CLUB VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JACARANDA WEST HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION #1, INC.; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JANE W. ANDERSON, DECEASED; JANE A BEHRENS are the Defendant(s). UNIT 26, PHASE 7, JACARANDA COUNTRY CLUB VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1413, PAGE 1693, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGE 40, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
