NEWCOMB, HUSBAND AND WIFE, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1575, PAGES 950 AND 951, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHEREIN CERTAIN TWENTY FOOT EASEMENTS WERE RESERVED UNTO GRANTOR FOR THE PURPOSE OF INGRESS AND EGRESS TO THE SUBJECT PROPERTY HEREIN CONVEYED TO MICHAEL ROBERT WARD.

BOOK 1506, PAGES 1947 AND 1948, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
