NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on July 18, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-007627 in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit and in Sarasota, County, Florida, wherein EMILY PALISANO AND KENNETH J. PALISANO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KYRSTA SANTIAGO; JOCKEY CLUB NORTH PORT PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC.; CHARLESTON PARK HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT A OF PARCEL 2; UNKNOWN TENANT B OF PARCEL 2 are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on November 18, 2019 at 9:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 88, SEVENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
And commonly known as 4772 HEATHER TERRACE, NORTH PORT, FL 34286
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
