Sanders are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE. REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on November 20, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 19, IMPERIAL HARBOR UNIT NO. 5, PART TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 1, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1979, MAKE: CLASSIC, VIN#: 895A AND VIN#: 895B, TITLE #: 16492326 AND TITLE #: 16492325.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
