WINGFIELD, VILLA PALMERAS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., GONDOLIER PROPERTIES, LLC, GONDOLIER HOLDINGS, LLC, NEUROSURGICAL ASSOCIATES- CASSIDY AND GUERIN, M.D., P.A., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 2, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 17, 2019, in Case No.: 36-2019-CA-000064 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit In and For Lee County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and JOELLEN C. TILSETH, et al. are the Defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Lee County:
Lot 36, Villa Palmeras, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Instrument Number 2013000058644, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on December 16, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with §45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
