NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment dated October 17, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-001562 in Circuit Court of the Lee Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, Civil Division, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-21, Plaintiff and MIGUEL OCASIO A/K/A MIGUEL A. OCASIO; EVELYN OCASIO; THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on November 20, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
