Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2004-AR7, is the Plaintiff and Christina - Giokas Samuels a/k/a Christina Giokas Samuels; Mitchell Samuels ;Regions Bank, Successor in Interest to AmSouth Bank ; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 15 day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
